There grate at there pricing . They work there best to locating part prices. They didn’t lie about 25th fast cause wow that worker name chucky was fast with replacing my motor working properly it’s been about a year and my engine running grate. Michael the owner such a sweet heart I replayed him and his workers with a lunch for such hard work. I sent my granny and she was happy cause other mechanics where just ripping her off. She also baked cookies for them. Thanks Michael.

I ran over some car debris on the highway and heard loud noises while driving. I needed to drive 2+ hours to get where I was going so I wanted to get this checked/fixed ASAP. I went to 25th Fast Auto Repair and they were able to fix my issue within a few hours. Turns out I had punctured my muffler, they were able to patch it up and test it. I was very satisfied with the speed and quality of the work.

Overall I've had a great experience in this shop. They've performed some jobs in my car as well as regular maintenance. They're fast and have fair prices.

I've used them several times over the past 10 years and have never been disappointed. Most recently, brakes -- M**** quoted me $1151.00 and Harold's did the job for $675.00 Admittedly, M***s was going to do more -- but Harold's was upfront and honest about what needed to be done. Highly recommend them for honest work. They got my brakes done with less than a 24hr turn around - tho sometimes, as popular as they are, it can take a day or two before they can get you in.

Harold's has the absolute cheapest hourly service rates in any shop in the area. That alone should get you interested. The fact that they are honest and do great service should make you a customer for life.

There are several mechanics and gear heads in my family and we do most of our own repairs. Sometimes though, you need something done quickly or the job is just too big to do in your driveway. Whenever we have these situations, we take our cars, or recommend that our friends go, to Harold's. They will only do the service that needs to be done, won't try to upsell you on other services that aren't necessary, and they will be honest if there is a cheaper or quicker option even if it means they don't get your business.

My family and friends have been dealing with them for over 20 years and I will never take my car to any other service shop.

The only caveat is that they are usually very busy. Don't expect same day service unless you can somehow schedule something in advance. They are a popular place so expect a 24-48 hour turnaround.

OK let me start by saying that my vw jetta was due for an Oil change I called everywhere and I mean it and the prices started at 70$ all the way to 100$ and then I called this place $40 for a synthetic oil I went there this morning I got my both filters check The cabin filter in the air filter the told me they were still good And they charge me nothing Is that great or what if you own a car you know how hard it is to find a decent and honest mechanic especially when you own a Foreign car so if you need any repair in your car I highly recommend these guys

We love Harold's. Every repair that we had done has been reasonable and honest. They tell you up front what needs to be done and how much it will be. A breathe of fresh air in this current market.

Small sample size does not matter in this case. I can see now why 25th Street Fast Auto is five-star rated. Stopped by there today to have them check on my engine splash shield, which was hanging down and hitting the roadmap. Showed up without an appointment (I was driving by and pulled in) and Mike was able to squeeze me in within the hour. Fixed the splash shield, which did not need to be replaced. Just five clips to re-attach it. For that, I was only charged twenty bucks! Incredible.

Mike greeted and treated other customers coming in with respect. Honest. Friendly. More than fair on price (hourly labor way less than other shops). I'll be taking my car here in the future. Wish I had gone there before! Highly recommended.
